Nitekim Hazret-i Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem (S.A.V.) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r: \u00abKalblerinizi, \u00e7ok yemek ve i\u00e7mekle \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kalb fazla su alt\u0131nda kalan ekin gibi \u00f6l\u00fcr.\u00bb Zira insan bedeninde, mide kalbin alt\u0131nda fokurdayan bir ten\u00adcere gibidir ki, onun buhar\u0131 kalbe y\u00fckselir. Bunun \u00fczerine Hz. \u00d6mer (R.A.) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur: \u00abOnlar, Cennet&#8217;le kurtuldular d\u00fcnyadan.
